Billy is a United States Army veteran and current student in Fire and Emergency Response Administration, focused on public safety leadership, emergency management, and community risk reduction.
Following his military service, Billy transitioned into higher education to pursue a career in fire service and emergency response, developing the administrative, operational, and leadership skills required to support effective incident management within public safety organizations. His time serving as an Army Airborne paratrooper instilled discipline, accountability, and a mission-focused mindset that continues to guide his academic and professional goals.
Billy is committed to building a post-service career focused on protecting communities, strengthening emergency response capabilities, and contributing to resilient, well-prepared public safety systems.
Outside of his studies, he maintains a commitment to physical fitness and engages in creative pursuits that reinforce patience, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
