Drawing from experience across federal systems navigating the unhoused, veteran court-affiliated nonprofit initiatives, and clinical frontline recovery environments, Aaron applies a trauma-informed lens that prioritizes stabilization, trust-building, and sustainable engagement. Programs are designed to reduce barriers, avoid re-traumatization, and support veterans at every stage of recovery.
His leadership centers on operational discipline, prevention-focused design, nervous-system aware programming, and the development of durable systems that reinforce dignity, agency, and long-horizon recovery after service.
