Strengthen the Shield.

The SMS Squad is the volunteer force behind Second Mission Shield’s mission. These are the people who step forward when something needs to get done and do it without needing a spotlight.

Our volunteers support events, outreach efforts, donation drives, community projects, and the everyday behind the scenes work that keeps programs moving. Some days that looks like handing out food or supplies. Other days it is setting up tables, sorting donations, lending skills, or simply being a steady presence in the community.

You do not need a military background to serve here. You just need a willingness to show up with respect, reliability, and heart.

The SMS Squad exists because strong missions are not built by one person. They are built by people who believe that service does not end with a uniform and that community is something you actively create.
